Bondi Beach

While in Sydney I spent a rainy afternoon wandering around Bondi, nice and deserted but not exactly swimming weather. I somehow managed to book Sydney for the only week its rained all summer. Here I'm wearing all Sportsgirl with a Marc by Marc Jacobs watch and Windsor Smith shoes.

Opera House

During my quick trip to Sydney, I managed to get quite a bit of sight-seeing done. I spent the first afternoon on a two hour ferry ride around the bay, a day at Bondi beach followed by shopping on Oxford Street, and climbed the Sydney Harbour Bridge which was a real highlight for me. The last day was spent here at Sydney Opera House, wearing a Decjuba dress with a graphic black and white print which reflects the tile textures of the Opera House.

Model Off Duty

Model castings usually require the blank canvas look, so the Australia's next top model auditions were full of natural gorgeous girls. Most looks consisted of one key piece toned down with a great basic and paired with heels. Here's some of the style snaps from the Chadstone, Melbourne audition days.

Australia's Next Top Model Auditions

It's been over a year without any of my Australia's next top model fix, so I'm excited the show is returning this year. Auditions have been held all over the country over the past two weeks and finished off at Chadstone on Tuesday and Wednesday. This season welcomes a fresh face as host, the very well known Jennifer Hawkins who sat alongside Charlotte Dawson and IMG model scouts.
